Here's some advice on what to do...
I've forgotten my password
I'm a relative trying to login for the first time
The setting staff might have created your account but not made it active yet. Please check this with them.
You might be trying to login with a different email address than you were registered with. Please check this
with the setting staff.
I have accounts at more than one setting
If you are using one of our apps, then you need to use a different password for each setting. The app will
then log you into whichever setting matches the email and password you provide.
I've entered the wrong password too many times and been locked out
Please wait 15 minutes and then have another go.
If you're still unable to login, please try using the password reset system to reset your password.
